BatStrike

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

This policy explains what the BatStrike app, the BatStrike controller and our website (batstrike.com) do with information. In short: we don't ask for an account, we don't show ads, and we don't sell or share personal data.

Information we don't collect

The BatStrike controller

The controller measures its own motion (orientation and movement) and sends it over Bluetooth directly to the device running the game. The app asks for Bluetooth permission to connect to it. Motion data is used only to play the game and is not stored or sent to us.

Camera (optional)

Some games offer optional body tracking. If you turn it on, the app asks for camera permission. Video is processed on your device to estimate your pose; it is never recorded, stored or uploaded. To do this, the app downloads a tracking model from Google's servers, which see that download request like any web request.

Network services

Data stored on your device

Your settings, downloaded games and game progress are stored on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes them.

Children

BatStrike is a sports game suitable for all ages. Because we don't collect personal information, we don't knowingly collect any from children.
